You can create, save and preview orbs without enabling AI. This policy describes data handling in the current version of Bubbluna.
About Bubbluna
Bubbluna is an innovative bath orb brand from Singapore, part of SOULLINK and operated by SOULLINK AI PTE. LTD.
1. Operator and scope
This policy covers Bubbluna's web experience and mobile apps that load it, operated by SOULLINK AI PTE. LTD, Singapore. Third-party checkout and other services also provide their own notices.
2. Data on your device
Recipes, kneading strokes, drafts, generated naming caches, language, scene, sound and quality preferences, AI consent and the demo bag are stored in your app or browser storage. Shopify customer accounts separately handle order history and shipping addresses; this App does not keep a copy of those addresses. There is no Bubbluna account or cloud work sync. Clearing storage, uninstalling or changing devices can remove this data. Thumbnails and design conversation history remain in the current page session's memory.
3. When you choose AI
AI design and automatic naming are enabled only after you agree to AI processing. Design sends your submitted text, up to eight recent conversation messages, current recipe and language through our server to DeepSeek. Naming sends a recipe summary, including botanicals, scent ratios, pigments, texture, salt, oil and foamer, and language; it does not send kneading strokes. Your text may include personal data you choose to enter. Do not submit health records, contact details or other sensitive information.
4. Providers and international processing
DeepSeek processes model requests. AI requests may be processed outside Singapore. Provider retention and processing depend on the applicable API terms and service arrangements; we do not promise zero retention or that data is never used for model improvement. You may keep AI off. Hosting and network providers also process technical data needed to operate the service.
5. Network and technical records
Servers involved in page loading, API calls and checkout process IP addresses, request times, errors and network information for delivery, troubleshooting, security and rate limiting. The current code does not include advertising tracking or a third-party analytics SDK. This does not mean hosting or model providers produce no technical records. We do not build advertising profiles.
6. Purposes and retention
Local data restores your works and preferences until you delete it or the app or system removes it. This app does not maintain a server-side conversation database. Technical logs and provider copies may remain, with retention depending on actual service arrangements and legal obligations. Local deletion does not delete third-party records. Contact us for assistance with requests concerning data we process.
7. Sharing is your choice
Share links contain compressed recipes, kneading strokes, names and short descriptions. Anyone with a link can view, copy and experience it. Links are not encrypted private links and have no expiration or revocation feature. Poster QR codes contain the same link. You initiate exports and system sharing; copies in Photos, Files or other people's possession remain after local deletion.
8. Shop and payments
When no store is configured, the bag is a demo and creates no orders or charges. Shopify delivers live catalog information, images and variants and receives the related network requests and technical information when you browse. When a live store is connected, checkout handles orders, delivery and payment information according to its notices. Transaction information is submitted when you choose to enter that service. Do not enter payment-card details in AI chat. Review the checkout information before a real purchase.
9. Your choices and rights
Turn AI off in Settings to prevent future AI requests and cancel requests still pending in this app. This cannot recall data already sent. You can delete individual works or clear local app data. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data we process, or to raise a privacy concern. We handle requests under applicable law with appropriate verification; no account registration is required.
10. Permissions and children
This version does not proactively request location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Any future system permission should be explained when its feature is used. The service is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children's personal data to AI; parents or guardians can contact us about such data.
11. Security and updates
We use measures appropriate to the service, including access controls, server-side secret handling and transport protection. No system guarantees absolute security. Material data-use or AI-processing changes will update this policy; new consent scopes require renewed permission.
